This week is going by at a surprisingly quick rate. I am so excited for this weekend to go home to Massachusetts and see my family and friends. It is a short stay, but the best part is that ill be spending a majority of the time on Cape Cod. I really LOVE the beach in the winter, its so beautiful and the cape is pleasantly less crowded than during the warm summer months.
Brilliant stripes. The lines in the light fixture perfectly compliment the walls.
One of my favorite things about this room is the HUGE oyster shell lamp base. Beachy chic.

Also I really do like the cord cover for the chandelier, its adds a thoughtful touch.
I am so looking forward to being inspired by a different environment this weekend.
Sometimes you just NEED a break from the concrete jungle.
